How to know if you are a

Mediator

kc-divider-1

Mediator women are trusting, sensitive and empathetic. They wear rose coloured glasses and bring a sense of positivity to every relationship.

Hopeless romantics, Mediators like interpersonal encounters to go smoothly and they avoid conflict at all costs. Their main mission in life is to overcome adversity and they will often sacrifice their own happiness to achieve this.

Mediators strive to be useful - they want to make their short time on this earth worth it and they want to make a difference.

The good news

about being a
Mediator is

Mediators  have a sweet nature, they’re undeniably caring and humble and the best bit is that they don’t even realise they  have all these beautiful traits. The mark of a true Mediator is that they have no ego whatsoever.

Givers to the core, they spend their days doing anything and everything they can to help other people. If anyone needs help with anything, a Mediator is the first person they will call. Mediators always help with a smile on their face and they really genuinely enjoy what they do. Improving the lives of others is their chocolate cake.

Wonderful listeners and loyal friends, Mediators never let anyone down and they’re always available if anyone needs to talk.

Inner stability and peace are their main goals in life and they will spread their beautiful kindness everywhere trying to make that happen.

But...

the bad news is

kc-divider-1

Mediators can lack initiative because they’d rather not take action than let people down. Being sensitive can be a wonderful gift but can also exhaust a Mediator as they feel a lot more than other people do.

Mediators are fantastic listeners but their communication skills could use some work. They tend to keep their feelings to themselves, bottled up inside because they’re worried about the consequences of being honest. They’d rather be unhappy than be abandoned.

Humble to the core Mediators rarely recognise their own self worth or achievements which can be a positive trait but it can leave them devaluing themselves to their own detriment. They often turn down opportunities if they think their participation might inconvenience anyone even slightly.

Your relationship style as a

Mediator

Mediators carry the weight of the world on their shoulders and naturally this leads to them taking on most of the responsibility of keeping the peace in their relationships. Mediators are generally co-dependant and self-sacrificing in relationships which is an exhausting combination for them.

Mediators tend to ignore or make excuses for their partner’s poor behaviour because it’s easier than actually addressing the issue. This can lead to a severe case of denial and can sometimes result in the Mediator living in a state of survival and not even realising it.

Mediators have a tendency to over or under eat as a coping mechanism and tend to medicate with inactivity and sometimes alcohol or drugs. They can be overly dependent and not very assertive.

Some Mediators embrace their sensitivity and flourish with their natural gentleness and others can become overwhelmed by their need to give and can find life quite difficult.

It’s important to remember that being the caregiver of a relationship is not a bad thing. As a caregiver, Mediators build their lives around being a pillar of support - any partner would be lucky to have that.

Mediators would do well to take a breather every now and then and check in with themselves to see if they feel loved and supported. If this goes unchecked it can have disastrous results.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING...

Kelly has the natural ability to put a person at ease instantly - this helped me to not only open up to her, but to also allow my own mind to open up to receive.

I came to Kelly for help with confidence, particularly the "impostor syndrome" that I know impacts so many women in business. It was limiting my potential for earnings and growth in business but also preventing me from even seeing the possibility of how far I could go and what I could achieve.

Since working with Kelly, I've been able to quickly move from a state of fear and disbelief in my own potential to have the confidence and certainty that my success is inevitable.

I'm about to launch a new product that I know will catapult my earnings exponentially and elevate my brand beyond any previous expectations. From writing the sales page and emails to putting together the program itself, it all feels positive and effortless now that I'm aligned at every stage.

With so many people offering ‘transformation’ from emotional, physical and financial pain, Kell is the real deal!

She is warm, genuine, funny and down to earth. Big ideas, huge possibilities for transformation, all presented in an easy-going and practical way.

Her professional toolbox is full and in our sessions together she used every one of these with a wise and generous heart. I laughed with delight when she started channelling the energy of an important person in my life, getting the details exactly right and then she said to me quite casually, “Oh, did I tell you I was also a clairvoyant?" Um, no! But give me more!

Over the years I have seen a lot of professionals and Kell has by far given me the best results. But more than this, I really felt that she was in my corner. If you are wanting ‘transformation’ or to understand something in your life in new and super exciting ways, Kelly is your woman.

Working with Kell has had a profound effect on me. She rapidly transformed some blocks I had around launch. She was able to identify the exact ages in my childhood that certain ‘stories’ and beliefs began limiting me and pulled them ‘out at the roots’. Kell recorded a 21 Day meditation for me and it has had an incredible impact on my identity within my business and beyond. Her coaching using Rapid Transformational Therapy has upleveled how I view myself, my relationships and where I am heading in my business.

I had a 1:1 VIP session with Kell and I felt more alive and excited than I had in a long while. Kell was able to pinpoint a block that I had never considered. She was amazing to work with.

I feel so blessed she has come into my life.

Kell was amazing. Her session was powerful and allowed me to understand why I keep repeating the same patterns over and over in my life and business.

After one session I had an amazing shift and have been able to show up to my clients in a way that I couldn't have done without investing in this personal and professional development.
